The goals of the program are to provide the individuals with an opportunity to gain leadership and problem-solving skills that will enable them to work in leadership positions upon their release.  Each individual that participates in the program will be assisted with their parole preparation and will be expected to intern for twelve (12) weeks at CPR when they are released.
